<p>The course provides the knowledge and skills to perform the Controller of Site Safety- Conductor Rail Permit duties including how to correctly interpret relevant parts of the Rule Book and Handbooks, how to set up a Safe System of Work planning for DC electriied system and conductor rail isolations, prior to individuals going on or near the line and how to deliver a safety briefing.</p>
